Provide user support & customer service. Troubleshoot problems & advise on the appropriate action. To get the joining formalities checked & documentation Office. Site Assessment & assistance for HR queries.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently handling Helpdesk Calls.
  • Act as the first point of contact for service request calls & requisitions through data and voice support.
  • Ensure each request is recorded properly & promptly.
  • Efficiently coordinating with operation team of FO's for timely completion of calls.
  • Follow up of each work request issued to ensure its closure.
  • Notify the senior facilities manager / client on site at the time of all Emergency calls.
  • Provide a detailed summary status of calls in a daily / Weekly and monthly basis.
  • Provide general assistance to other facilities functions (e.g. Stationery) as required.

Skills & Qualification Required:

  • Candiadate sholud be a Graduate degree holder.
