• To foster a safe and secure environment for women by preventing, prohibiting, and redressing
• To give employers and employees an insight into what sexual harassment is and how to differentiate it from other non-sexual harassment cases
Evaluation of Training
• By regular meet of lady employees with lady trainer
• By proper hearing of incidents by internal complaint committee
